We already booked again… We’ve been traveling to Mexico every year, multiple times per year, for at least 20 years. All that time, all those hotels… this experience was the single best we’ve ever had. Very amazing staff, the most incredible location and stunning accommodations. But, the real hero here… Alexander. I’ve never felt more cared for and taken care of in my entire history of travel to this amazing country. If you travel here for ANY reason, make it to see how incredible Alex is as a host. ❤️

Great stay Loved hotel that is located in the most perfect location on the most beautiful beach on Isla Mujeres. Nice vibe and perfect for couples without kids who likes to have a drink or two (or more). The staff was so friendly to upgrade me and my boyfriend to “room number one” which had a nice sea front pool.

The Best in Isla Mujeres We stayed at Lotus Beach hotel for my wifes birthday and it was the most relaxing trip we have ever been on. The hotel is located only a quick 10 minute taxi ride from the ferry port. We stayed in the room with the plunge pool with beach front view and it was well worth the couple extra dollars. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The beach is just 3 steps down from the beach club. The staff will also serve you down at the beach. We reserved a beach lounge bed the first day we were there and the staff was so nice to reserve it for us the rest of the week without us even asking. The beach club access is included with the stay at the hotel and it was definitely a plus. There’s a free breakfast option offered every morning and it wasn’t your typical hotel breakfast, they serve you fresh fruits, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, yogurt and toast. Everything was delicious. They have dinner options at the beach club and many options around the hotel that are walking distance. The previous year we stayed at an all inclusive hotel in Cancun and this boutique hotel definitely topped it. It’s an amazing hotel with easy access to a beautiful beach. We will definitely be coming back when visiting Isla mujeres.

Beautiful place, the beach is amazing, the food Omg the fish tacos delicious, goru margarita passion fruit, all the staff very kind and attentive “ Fernando, Laura, Camila,Juan, Ivan all of them, thank you I appreciate that you guys made me feel very welcome!” See you for my birthday!

Relaxing Beach Getaway Great location, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. We stayed in a suite with an amazing ocean view and a plunge pool on our balcony. The room has a large living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The main pool area and bar are also very nice.

Great location We stayed in the first room (of four) with a private plunge pool - it was not heated and we actually went in January of 2021 but no option on here to go back that far. The food was OK - just walk and experience the food in town. The drinks and staff were fantastic and they had a live band on Friday afternoon which was excellent - we listened from our patio. Beds not very comfortable but drinks helped with that. It was not all inclusive when we visited.

PERFECTION We just came back from the most amazing vacation!! We didn't want to leave. The location is perfect. It's located on Playa Norte, the best beach on the island. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping. The rooms were amazing. We had a private plunge pool room overlooking the ocean. The Guru Beach Club is attached to the hotel which had great food and drinks. Then there's the staff--well there are not enough words to describe the staff. They ALL go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. I feel like we checked in as guests and left as family. I can't wait to return and wouldn't stay any place else on the island.

Excellent!! We had an amazing stay in Room 2! The beach club is fun and relaxing. Staff and reception are very friendly and ready to help at any time. Perfect place for an early morning or late evening walk on the beach. I can recommend this place for a stay on the island!

Lotus Beach Hotel saved our honeymoon We had booked an Airbnb for our stay at Cancun Isla Mujeres. Long story short the place was not where it had said to be and we did not feel comfortable at our stay. We decided to leave with no refund and had no other bookings. We took a taxi to the north side (downtown) and walked around, We found Lotus Beach Hotel, Thank god. Mayte Velazquez took us in and gave us the best room available at a discounted price (after hearing that we couldn’t get refunded) She had explained to the manager Alexander Barbados, that it was our honeymoon and that’s when he made it his mission to make our stay magical. We didn’t ask for any special requests or treatment, Alex took it upon his on accord to make our stay special. That speaks volumes on his character and his work ethic. We took every single one of his recommendations and they were all great. The cherry on top was our last night, he arranged with me that he would decorate the room with roses, beautiful glitter photos from our wedding, a special letter, and a delicious Mexican champagne. Upon our check out he delivered some delicious tacos that are only made on the other side of the island on sundays for breakfast. Those hit the spot! The rooms are beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the food and drinks on premises were delicious, very close to other restaurants and nightlife but it won’t disturb your sleep. Very comfortable bed and modern amenities in each room. The location is EVERYTHING! I can’t reiterate how thankful we are for finding Lotus Beach Hotel. Alex, Luigi, Mayte, Juan, and the rest of the staff, We can’t thank you enough for making our honeymoon so special.
